EduLink is a digital school management and communication platform designed to support schools, parents, students, and educators by providing tools for academics, communication, reporting, administration, and school operations.

• EduLink is intended for:
   
  • Schools and educational institutions
     
  • School administrators and staff
     
  • Parents or legal guardians
     
  • Students (under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or school)
     

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
   
• Parents and schools are responsible for student access and activity.
   
• Any activity conducted through your account is considered your responsibility.
   

You agree to use EduLink:

• Only for lawful educational purposes
   
• In a respectful and responsible manner
   
• In compliance with school policies and applicable laws
   

You may not:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform
   
• Upload false, offensive, abusive, or harmful content
   
• Use EduLink for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities
   

• EduLink takes data privacy seriously.
   
• Student and parent data is collected only for educational and administrative purposes.
   
• Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
   
• EduLink does not sell personal or student data to third parties.

• Academic results, attendance records, and reports are provided by schools.
   
• EduLink is not responsible for errors originating from incorrect data submitted by schools.
   
• Schools remain accountable for the accuracy and approval of academic and administrative records.
   

• EduLink may send notifications via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app alerts related to:
   
  • Academic updates
     
  • School announcements
     
  • Fees, attendance, and reports
     
• Users consent to receive such communications as part of the service.
   

• Some EduLink services may be subject to subscription or service fees.
   
• Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated clearly by the school or EduLink.
   
• Failure to settle applicable fees may result in limited access to certain features.
   

• All EduLink software, branding, logos, designs, and content are the intellectual property of EduLink or its licensors.
   
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
   

• EduLink aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
   
• Periodic maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
   
• EduLink is not liable for losses caused by system interruptions beyond reasonable control.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EduLink is provided “as is” and “as available”.
   
• EduLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• EduLink is not responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
   

EduLink reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms
   
• Disable accounts upon request by a school or authorised administrator
   
• Terminate services if required by law or policy
   

• EduLink may update these Terms from time to time.
   
• Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
   
• Major changes will be communicated through the Platform or official channels.
   

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zambia, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
